View from the rose garden of Hearst Castle State Park California
The resort home of William Randolph Hearst from the early 20th century is now a California State Park, and worth the visit. The view alone is worth the time.  If you want your wallpaper pictures to make you feel like a multi-billionaire in the 1930's, you gotta download these Hearst Castle wallpaper pictures and free backgrounds from San Simeon California.

I really like how that flower sticks up way high and contrasts with the sky. And how did the water in the distance get to have such an interesting form?

I think it has to do with the distance (it's a long way to the water from up there), the time of day, and the temperature (it was relatively warm that day). Also, I think the angle of the sun has a lot to do with it. I heard they have a sunset tour there, which would be really cool. It was midafternoon when I took that shot.

NOt bad...too noisy I think but resized 1024x768 is quite good.

Nature is nature...and I prefer "natural" girls on my desktop! ;-)
